Group Discount

Are you looking to register a group for the 2020 International Conference?

Groups with 10 or more registrants for the International Conference will receive special pricing for additional savings. Save time registering your group by downloading the registrant information sheet now and email it to: international.conference@executivevents.com.

Download the group registration sheet. All required fields will need to be completed in order to process the registration. All group registrations must work for the same organization or be organized through an IIA Affiliate. Each registrant will need to have a unique email address and IIA customer/member ID at the time of registration. Registrations will not be processed without the customer/member ID. Government & local chapter are not eligible for the group discount rates.

Payment Guidelines

Registration for The IIA's conferences and any other events are not confirmed or reserved until full payment is received. It is highly recommended that payment is provided at the time of registration to guarantee a seat within the conference or event. All invoice payments are due thirty (30) days from the invoice date. The IIA does not issue invoices for payment within thirty (30) days prior to a conference or event. Payment by credit card is required within thirty (30) days prior to a conference or event.

Registration rate is determined by the date payment is received by The IIA. Please plan accordingly, as it may take ten (10) or more business days for a wire transfer or mailed check to reach The IIA. Should we receive payment after a registration rate deadline, your account will be adjusted to reflect the current due amount. Entrance to any conference and all related events is contingent upon full payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that times are uncertain due to COVID-19; which is why we are offering a new, flexible and risk-free cancellation policy that allows you to register now and transfer from in-person to live streaming or to cancel for a full refund up to the day of the event with no penalty. If you need to make changes to your registration prior to the conference please contact us at International.Conference@executivevents.com, +1-877-749-8831 (international), or +1-720-880-5638 in the United States.

If you choose to transfer your registration from in-person to the live stream, The IIA will refund the different of the registration fees. All refunds will be processed within 30 days following the event.

IIA Code of Conduct at Events

Registration and attendance at or participation in IIA conferences and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to The IIA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
