Standard room rate: $229 per night, single or double occupancy, plus taxable resort fee of $13 per night, plus applicable sales and occupancy taxes, currently 14% and subject to change

• Shuttle service will be provided to Miami Beach Convention Center over the main dates of the conference.
• The hotel is a 15-minute walk to Miami Beach Convention Center.
• A limited number of rooms are available at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel on a first-come, first-served basis at the special rate of $229 per night for a standard room (plus tax and resort fees). Rooms must be booked by Friday, 19 June 2020 for this rate and are subject to availability.
• When guests make their reservations, it is necessary to guarantee the room with a deposit of one night’s room and tax charge to a credit card.
• Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation/no-show fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
• Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

• All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservation without a method of payment.
• In the event a guest wishes to cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to the confirmed arrival day and a cancellation number is obtained.
