How will I receive access to the 2021 Virtual International Conference?
You will receive an email 24 hours prior to the event with the link to access the conference. You will be directed to sign on using your IIA account credentials.

What if I do not remember my IIA password?
Visit the Reset Password page.

What time zones will be used for virtual sessions?
Sessions will take place in Singapore Standard Time (SGT). In the theater, attendees will have the opportunity to customize the time displayed by clicking on the upper right hand corner.

Select sessions will be rebroadcast in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Please reference the Conference at a Glance page to see what sessions will be rebroadcast.

How do I access sessions?
From the top navigation bar, click the Theater tab. The Theater will be your hub to access sessions. All sessions will broadcast in Singapore Standard Time (SGT) and select sessions will be rebroadcast in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Where can I download presentation materials and resources from?
Click the Resources tab, located in the top navigation bar. You will be able to download session materials and additional resources.

How do I receive CPE credit during the live event?
You will be required to answer alertness checks throughout the event to confirm your attendance during the live session(s) to earn NASBA CPE credit.

How many CPEs can I earn from the conference?
You can earn up to a total of 18 CPEs for the conference. You can earn an additional 4.2 CPEs per workshop attended.

When will I receive my NASBA CPE certificate?
NASBA CPE certificates will be emailed to registrants 4–6 weeks upon the conclusion of the conference. Certificates will be sent to the email used to register for the conference.

Can I download session recordings?
No, session recordings cannot be downloaded or saved to your computer or device.

Will live sessions be translated?
Yes. Using artificial intelligence, we will be providing simultaneous translation in 16 languages.
Languages include:

What if I miss a session? Can I watch at a later time?
Yes! The 2021 Virtual International Conference will have playbacks available until 20 July 2021 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

Will playbacks have translation available?
No, translation will only be available for live broadcast sessions.

Can I receive CPE credit for playback sessions?
Playback sessions are not eligible for NASBA CPE credit, but will be eligible for IIA CPE credit. A self-reporting form will be available to download in the resource center.

Important notes on earning CPE credit for playbacks:

  • Only the person registered for the conference is eligible to receive CPE credit.
  • CPE credit will not be awarded retroactively for playbacks previously watched. If you already received credit for a session by attending the live session, you will be ineligible for additional credit.
  • You must attest individually for each playback.
  • You cannot claim more than 18 total CPEs for the 2021 Virtual International Conference.
  • You will need to self-report CPE credits for playbacks. A self-reporting form will be available in the resource center.
  • Playbacks will not have simultaneous translation available.

Will there be OnDemand available?
OnDemand will be available at a later date for purchase. Select sessions will be available OnDemand.

Can I watch the 2021 Virtual International Conference through a VPN connection?
VPN can cause unreliable internet speeds and video display issues. Please disconnect from your VPN for the best viewing experience.

What are the system requirements for watching the 2021 Virtual International Conference?
Run a system check to make sure your device is compatible to watch conference content.

How can I ensure I do not miss important emails pertaining to the 2021 Virtual International Conference?
In order to ensure that you receive the 2021 Virtual International Conference emails, it is recommended that you add the iiasso@theonlinexpo.com and international.conference@executivevents.com email addresses to your address book. What if I have connectivity issues?
If you are experiencing problems connecting to the 2021 Virtual International Conference, it may be due to the configuration of your company’s network. Do I need to download anything to view the event on my mobile device?
You will not need to download an application to view the event on your mobile device.

Will I be able to participate from my computer and mobile device?
You may watch via your mobile device or on a PC/Mac browser. The choice is yours; however, you cannot do both simultaneously, as the “Already Logged In” message will display.

Will firewalls, proxy servers, intrusion detection and prevention and/or web filtering devices prevent me from viewing content in the virtual platform?
Most companies have firewalls, proxy servers, intrusion detection and prevention, and/or web filtering devices in place as a mechanism to maintain the security and reliability of their network infrastructure. In some instances, these mechanisms may require adjustment by your company’s IT infrastructure team to ensure a quality user experience for the rich media and interactive features of the platform.
